I am so sorry about that...for some reason I thought jeepwreck made that guess! Been a little of a "rushed" afternoon/evening. Had to go pick up DGD's birthday cake for her 6 PM party and eat dinner with 9 screaming 6-7 year olds BUT amid all that activity a couple of phone calls from DD/son-in-law's real estate agent. I'm happy to announce that if jeepwreck decides to locate to Texas for more affordable housing, he's out of luck to become our "neighbors". The HOUSE SOLD and at a reasonable profit too! Not the beginning asking price but at the price they expected!

A little to much for "16 year olds"! I always think of the saying...there's a reason God made women over 50 unable to have children! AND...if a man chooses to father a child at that age, he deserves EVERYTHING he gets!
