I think the red smudge is a flag. It is not part of an attraction and the photo was not taken in Africa.

That youngest DGD or yours sure is an imp! I'm just glad it was at their house and not at yours so your DH didn't have to deal with it!

I'd have thought it would be safety glass too...well, guess it was. DD & son-in-law were watching TV; they heard a noise and said, "that didn't sound good" while DGD is running through the family room (buck naked) shouting, "I think I'm going to MY bathroom"; the glass hitting the floor; son-in-law going to the bathroom saying, "$%&*@$%)+$%@"; DGD locked herself in her room bawling her eyes out..."I didn't mean to do it"! SO...the glass shattered giving her enough time to "escape" before crashing to the floor! I'm telling ya'll...she's been a little hoodlum this summer! (Glad it didn't happen at our house too! !)

thanks, i have not had a new car since 2000 i have had just used cars since then so it was time to treat my self lol

and the beach will only be more busier tonight.. tonight is the first day of a annual fire works display we have in the city

Just getting home from parents house. I took my dad to the local Harness Track tonight so he could play the horses. I was even checking in from there. Last time i loaded from the phone was 9 and not to busy. Now i see everyone was have fun in here after that. Ya'll westies need to move east so we all can be in the same time zone.

Now i know your going to say that there is more from the center to west but then if you think about everyone coming east you will be close to the world Denise i know you are not going anywhere since you have the best average weather of us all but i hear Mickey calling

Off to sleep cause i am heading back down to parents tomorrow afternoon

Wow! the World's largest offshore international fireworks competition! Sounds pretty cool! Are you celebrating that summer finally made it to Canada?

Ed made a good point - why aren't there any people in the water at that beach!? (How about putting some umbrella heads in there Ed.) People get in the water here (not me but, other people) Ton's of people floating the Kettle River in inner tubes right now.
