BTW Do you feel as sorry as I do that it's so hot in DW for SunDial and that Goopy is 17 hours away from DW? It takes me 7 days to drive to DW!

Living in Texas last summer was like living in hell; figuratively and literally! What part wasn't on fire was hot as hell. Did your sister have to evacuate at any time? My cousins daughter and her husband were out of their home almost a week. They were finally allowed to return to an undamaged home but the fire had "skipped" through their subdivision taking 2-3 houses on one street; none on the next; 4-5 on another! A real nightmare. Sure hope this summer isn't as bad!

Where her house was spared although she a few that were touched and some that got as close as you could get and get burnt.

Yes, I do drive. I hate to fly. I love to drive across the country. I drive from here to VA and then stay w/my cousin and see my daughter. Then my cousin and I drive to DW. Then back to VA and rest up and then 5 days back to WA.

And it doesn't rain that much where I am. I am on the eastern side of the state, north of Spokane. 20 miles south of BC. two counties east of Idaho. Here's my house:

Great looking place. Down here everything is as flat as can be. About the closest thing to a hill is a bridge over pass.

Well I should have cropped it more. But, since it was so easy, I am going to insist on having the name of the truck from the cars movie.

Oh Jeep just got it!! Jeep wins again! I believe his name is Tow Mater.
