It IS in a restroom and Liberty Tree is the place! It's not exactly clear but that restroom is SO SMALL! I struggled getting this photo!

I was going to post "you've got to be kidding" after your answer and then I saw jeepwreck's! Now, that answer took "a lot" of detective work! Italy would have been my guess...AFTER Morocco and Germany! Nice picture Denise.
