That IS Space Mountain. I remember being on the tram (Wedway People Mover(old name)) when I first saw the inside of Space Mountain. Neat surprise for us.

I agree. The first time we went to WDW, we got to see it all with the lights on. We have the same pic.

It is indeed the insde of Space Mountian with the work lights turned on. The photo was taken from the Wedway Peoplemover (now called TTA) in January, 1987 when SM was closed for rehab.
