Friday late afternoon/evening full of high school sports. Volleyball team played the #2 ranked team in the State and, from the way they've been playing the last couple of games, was expecting an 0-3 loss. MUCH to my surprise the Brahmanettes were up 2-0 after the 2nd match...AND THEN... 3rd game and (thanks to a certain player and Diane knows who I'm talking about ) the bottom falls out with the match going to 5 games and ending with a defeat.

On to the football field for the first home game of the season and what a game it was! Loved THIS final score...

Saturday is a long road trip for the cross country teams with the Princess running her first race. THAT should be interesting!

She finished the race! Since she just joined the cross country team we were a little unsure that she would even finish the race but bless her heart...she pushed through to come in place #39...right in the middle of the group! Proud of her effort but I think she realized today that DANCING is her "thing"! Kinda fun for the "mother's" too; 2 of DD's "group of BFF's" in high school had their daughter's running in the same race today!
