We have a friend who is now living in her home country of Denmark. When she was in Bellville she was in charge of baking the gingerbread houses to be decorated at our Small Town Christmas (this was when DH and BFF were "in charge" of STC). She's STILL at in in Denmark...her "annual gingerbread decorating day" at her home...

Wow very nice. Gingerbread houses are a lot of work.

She works her backside off but LOVES gingerbread houses; it's not Christmas unless she has dozens of them around and they smell SOOOOO GOOD!
