Pretty proud of DH; he was outside with me after lunch and vacuumed the pool all by himself! I watched him "like a hawk" though while I cleaned the deck chairs. My nurse friend who kidnapped me last night could NOT believe he was up and about like he is; her husband had knee replacement surgery last year (the "old way"...no little robot did his ) and she said he's still complaining of pain. (But then she said he's a "wimp" anyway .) Had a small rain shower earlier but going back out now to get a little more yard work done...rain prediction now says "8-12"!

Ready to sit down for dinner and DH's doctor calls...he's doing a "phone checkup" . I love that man. Got a little more yard work done before the showers started....and just checked our pool water...it's 72 degrees, perfect for Ed but still a little cool for me!

I am wearing this in HS right now. Not sure on the number but 25 would be a good guess. I have to buy a display rack to hang them on.

So glad DH is doing better. 72 is still swimmable. Work out faster in that.

Thanks! ... AND...the stupid "pin holes" FINALLY stopped excessive draining! Sure did make my day easier. Dr. L explained to him during the phone call why his surgery took 3 hours...when he tried to insert the new knee it was 2 millimeters to small. Representatives of the company that made the knee were in surgery with them; he told them "unacceptable" and made them make a new one while he continued "cleaning the area out"! He was very surprised he was no longer on pain pills too and (thank goodness) reminded him it's still "15 minutes walking/45 minutes elevated"!
