Is it the entrance area to the Ellen's Energy Adventure/World of Energy?

Not Energy, but yes, I guess it is part of a "display". It is flowers and they are only where they are during the Flower and Garden Festival ( I am pretty sure).

DD and family had dinner with us tonight and we discussed colleges for Redstorm; she wants to major in atmospheric science. There are only 3 schools in Texas she could attend; at least they all have fairly good soccer programs too!
