I saw that somewhere that they'd changed the name...I like Villains in Vogue MUCH better!

I would say it's villains in vogue because it's attached to it and I am not sure if it is part of that shop or not

I took a picture of the wreath and the Muscle Beach sign ...when I use it for a crop we'll see if you remember it. I'd never noticed that "art work" at the top of the building. Isn't it weird...we all see new things every time we go.

You'd be surprised how much we hear that. The worst is when a client is asking us to quote something, and at the same time is on their phone looking up a quote! Makes me want to throw their phone.

I leave tomorrow! And I'm so swamped right now at work that this will probably be my last post before I leave, unless I can hop on the wi-fi at the airport. See you all on the west coast!

Oh HELL NO! I'm not scared OF armadillos...we have them in our back yard all the time...BUT...this little +*&%@$* practically ran over my foot when he came out of the bushes and I was NOT expecting THAT!

And you have to agree, they are ugly creatures! Not sure which is worse, armadillo or opossum. They are both just oversized rats, just one has armor.

Didn't set my alarm for this morning thinking since I literally slept most of the day yesterday I'd wake up early...have an appointment with my foot doctor this afternoon. Wrong...after another 11 hours of slumber I'm finally up and at 'em. Thank goodness I feel much, much better this morning. I hope it's a long, long time before I have another day like yesterday! On a lighter note, Redstorm and her volleyball team had practice last night with a "college dream team" ...Redstorm LOVED IT! Former high school volleyball players, now playing ball at Penn State, Texas A&M, University of Hawaii as well as smaller schools returned to their "hometown gym" to mentor the current Jr. High players. Super...and very helpful evening those young ladies.

What a treat for your DGD. Girls love that kind of stuff. DD went to a pitching clinic at Boston College. She loved it. Pitching coaches and pitchers from Boston College and Harvard were running it.

What a treat for your DGD. Girls love that kind of stuff. DD went to a pitching clinic at Boston College. She loved it. Pitching coaches and pitchers from Boston College and Harvard were running it.

They LOVED it...the ladies's athletic director asked them if they minded staying an extra 30 minutes after practice...they all said NO, they'd stay till midnight if the girls would! Redstorm is meeting with the former libero (her position) later this week for one on one and she CAN NOT WAIT for that session. They notice her knowledge of the game and, along with the coaches, are desperately trying to get her to "step up" and be the leader. That's so out of character for her, it will be the hardest thing for her to learn. What a treat for your daughter too; the "younger" girls love that when players closer to their age take the time to teach them and pay attention to them. They "relate" much better with their piers.
