Good checkup; repeat in 3 years. (But not the emergency Life Flight ride .) Also found out I had 3 not the 2 units of blood pumped in me...they had to use another unit in the operating room.

Temp was 34 snow and ice it eventually turned to rain. I wish spring would spring already.

Wow...guess I shouldn't be surprised...was it last year you had snow in MAY? We've been checking the forecast too; severe storms predicted for tonight (and "the air if very unsettled" ); slight rain Thursday and storms over the weekend. DD's and the Princess are going to a dance competition in San Antonio (leaving Friday, returning Sunday) and Redstorm's District Tennis is scheduled for Friday. Might be a stressful weekend ahead! Doc was very pleased with the checkup; he didn't even do blood work since I "answered all the questions correctly". DH told him he'd be seeing him next year and he jokingly asked if he was SURE he wanted him to do the screening or one of his partners. Bless his heart; he feels so bad but it wasn't his fault! DD said one of the nurses told her I'd had 3 transfusions but I missed that part of the conversation. Must have been when I was "waking up" after surgery. Also found out today that DD's CPA had the same thing happen to him but he was in the hospital a WEEK! So...I'm lucky...and grateful it's all behind for at least 3 years.

Crap...just turned the weather channel on and softball size hail is a possibility in the Dallas area tonight! Sure hope my niece's "better half" isn't on police duty tonight! Not much on the radar for us yet but storms aren't predicted until after midnight. Hope the "nighttime cooling" helps and they don't develop....

This is outside but not at a Meet and Greet.

Yep...and DH just saw a couple of tornado symbols too! I just sent her a Facebook message and Aaron IS home tonight but she said it looks...and sounds...pretty scary. A couple weeks ago the area had grapefruit size hail ...springtime in the "middle states"...Kansas, Nebraska, Oklahoma...all getting hit hard tonight.

Parade is correct...tell me which one for the solve.
