ya I think they should have some spear boy cloths at daycare so when he makes a mess he get a proper shirt

I dont have to wait at all for a long weekend. Leave for LA LA LA land in 8 hours. Star Wars Half Marathon weekend. Running 10K Saturday morning and the half marathon Sunday morning.

When we run this weekend temps are forecast 60's to 70's for Orlando. RunDisney has issued a heat advisory. WHAT??? They have to be kidding. Most of the runners are from up north. So the temps and humidity they would not be used to. I train in the 90's. This run will be a cool front for me.

actually my company is entered in to a marathon this weekend its called the Vancouver Sun run its a 10km or 6.2 mile long run

but would you know I have a car cruise and meet on the same day
damn I guess I will miss out on all the fun lol
