ME too! Following the STAR WARS section, watching Dick Van Dyke was my second favorite part. Great special but, sorry Jeff and Denise, I saw nothing to convince me to spend my "never enough" and hard-earned vacation dollars in California. I told DD (the DD that HAS visited DL) I'd watch it with an open mind and see if I'd ever want to "go west"; she said I wouldn't...she was right. But...sure enjoyed the show.

I think you should spend your money there lol everyone should go at least once

Half way through the special now and don't think it is all that great why is the whole thing takes place is some threaten out side of Disney there should be more in the park stuff

Yes the singing is all good but I was hoping they would talk more about the history and making of Disneyland

Yep...it's 2 hours and all the "park stuff" was within the first 30 minutes. I enjoyed the musical parts a lot...especially the Star Wars ...I'm obsessed with that music. Like I said...my "never enough" and hard earned vacation dollars...don't want to risk a "so-so" vacation in California. Now...when I win that lottery I promise you I'll make a trip west but until then I'm not taking a chance. Besides...WDW had ED....what more could we ask for?

Last week the Princess and her dance group performed at a local fundraiser for the Class of 2016. I watched the girls warm up and thought to myself..."Darn...I WISH I COULD DO THAT"!

...AND...her Dad got started on her pirate boat prop for her solo to the Disney pirate music. Pappy is going to put a "cannon" on it; Mimi will attach the "skull and crossbones" flag and Aunt Joan will do the painting finishing touches. Should be fun ...

Diane...after you cold week last week I thought some spring flowers might be in order. I was totally surprised today when I noticed my azalea bush had it's first blooms on it! Not much green yet but then...gee...it's only February! It's suppose to be COLD!

MISSING YOU! At least we stay in touch via Facebook. No "for sure" trips planned for us either; HOPING for a fall one to Food & Wine but DH is having knee replacement surgery so that trip is "to be determined". Maybe by the fall you can have one planned too. Don't be a stranger here on WITW...love hearing from you!
