Have to agree with Denise & Diane...HS; I'd say somewhere on Hollywood Boulevard.

Since I see Ariel, I'm going to say Swan & Dolphin or maybe Yacht & Beach Club? Are both pictures from the same resort?

Both are in the Beach Club....not related to each other.

Don't laugh but the first one looks like an Ariel decoration on an AVOCADO! I'd guess the 2nd one to be a flag/banner; never even visited the Beach Club so that's the best I can do! I'm trying..........
