This is in a park.

Beautiful day here in Texas; perfect soccer weather. Took my picture in the MK but not in Toontown.

Not in Fantasyland; not a display or in a window but, in my picture, IS seasonal. (Vague answer because I think I remember seeing this on another thread and that picture was not seasonal.)

Not Tomorrowland because it's in a parade!

Looks like mine is the only one up for guessing right now. How about it...Where in the World is my photo taken?

i am just stuck on the color of the arms.. they are blue i think.. and i cant think of a charater like that. unless they are in some sort of costume
