Where In The World #18. We're an Adult. We're Legal, well for most everything.

I'm missing stuff again on here! :frustrated:

Boardwalk?

No, not from DTD and not from the Boardwalk.

lol we have had summer here for at least 2 months already I am already ready for it to go away lol it was about 95 here yesterday

we have only broken triple digits a few times so far

We have had a hot summer here too! No more triple digits but it was about 93 here yesterday. But I had a nice rain shower this morning! :yay: That was a fluke! It's supposed to cool off into the 80's now.

Caribbean Beach is a nice resort but I sure like POFQ better! But it's worth the meal plan to stay at CB for sure!

I went in yesterday. Temp was 76 not as warm as I would like but it was hot out and it cooled you off. Going in after work today.

Enjoy it while you can! :goodvibes I usually go out around 3:30 but may have to wait until after dinner this evening. No shade on the pool in the afternoon and that sun is brutal! :sunny:

Part of the boat from Fantasmic?

I couldn't imagine a Floridian summer - I'm certain that I must be allergic to heat! Disney is strictly November - March for me and summers are spent in A/C. :rotfl2:

You will LOVE Magical Express; soooo nice not to have to stand in that baggage area WAITING! It's immediate "vacation time" when you turn right instead of left :rotfl: and head toward that queue for your bus. Just an FYI though...don't know you flight times or resort but later arrivals and value resorts equal almost 3 hour wait time for your luggage to get to your room. If need be, carry essentials for the evening in your carry on. The BEST part about ME though is baggage check in at the resort for your return flight. :cloud9: We got our tags a couple weeks ago already but DD won't let me have mine :lmao:... she doesn't want me packing with the luggage by the front door just yet! :rotfl2: :tink:

We should be good, we land at 8am AND we're staying at Yacht Club (thank you TA discount!!!) But we're probably going to bring a backpack as carry on with anything we might need for the park, and check it at Bell Services

I think Diane's on the right track with Muppets, but I'll throw out Lights Motors Action just to get it out there

 Our Texas summers are as close to Florida summers as you can get. Part of the "downside" of living in the south but we wouldn't trade it for the world! :cloud9: With that said, I totally agree...November (or October) - March is probably the perfect time to visit DW. We have (and probably will again) made summer trips (last year was to play soccer at ESPN); iced coffee, air-conditioned attractions, lots of water and cool treats made it bearable but the life saver was the afternoon storms. Cooled things down A LOT plus "emptied" the parks making wait times shorter! :yay: :rotfl: We'd love to see you join us here on WITW with some thoughts on our crops! :welcome: :tink:

That's perfect! You're leaving EARLY, aren't you? I think our flight leaves around 8 from Austin...which means we'll have to leave home around 5 AM! :faint: (...and everyone knows I'm NOT the "morning person" in the family :rolleyes1). You should have no problem; in fact, your luggage may arrive about the same time you check in. We had that happen in 2008...we checked in at the Poly about 11, went out to look at the pool and grabbed a drink and arrived at our room as the young man was knocking on the door! :rotfl2: I'd love to stay at the Yacht/Beach Club...it's on the "bucket list" for DD as a DVC member. She's hoping when the girls get a little older they won't mind an Epcot resort a whole lot. Take lots of pictures for us! (Are you getting as excited as I AM??? :D):tink:

Sorry ladies, not from the Muppets or Lights Motors Action. :goodvibes :tink:

Beauty and the Beast? Little Mermaid?

I'm trying to remember all the shows. One Man's Dream wouldn't count would it?

And yes, we leave at 6am, so we'll need to be at the airport super early. This is when I'm glad we have a Starbucks in the terminal!

:rotfl2: I know! There's a Starbucks in the Austin terminal and the first stop I make in Orlando is....STARBUCKS! DD's threatened to "leave me behind" if ME is ready to pull out and I'm still at Starbucks. :rolleyes1 That's okay though...I know the way to WL.....:rotfl:

You may have to think really hard on this show ; it's not Beauty and the Beast, Little Mermaid or One Man's Dream....but this crop IS from a show..... :tink:

The job that I had a second interview for a few weeks ago sent me a letter saying that" the position is being reevaluated and they are no longer continuing the recruitment process for this position.":headache::headache::headache::headache::headache:
