Good news; bad news day. At 8 AM this morning the Thunderbolts beat the #7 ranked team in the State in a kick off after game was tied at the end of regulation. Redstorm stopped the final kick as goal keeper and put them into the championship game at 12:30. They were beat by the #2 team in the State giving them 2nd place in the tournament.

Their group was the largest in the tournament with 18 teams entered. Second place out of that group, as an non-ranked team, is a pretty darn good way to start the fall soccer season!
