I just went out and looked before I came here! And...was thinking you had the orange glow from the fires! Great minds think alike!

The only female characters in the MK I can think of that aren't Princesses are Mary Poppins and Alice but not sure if they're featured at a meet & Greet...is it one of those?

Well...DUH! I must have been half asleep last night 'cause I'd swear we'd determined MK! But I'm not much better off knowing it's not in MK ...all I can think of is Queen of Hearts but can't picture a park she'd be in. IS this from a park?
