My only guess is the pop machine at Club Cool.

I have looked through my pictures of Club Cool and there are bubbles on the pop machines but, not like these. I don't think that's the answer. Unless you can prove me wrong w/a picture of your own.

I'm inclined to think HS on this one. Ring any bells for you?
