WOW...just saw that Plushenko had to withdraw from men's skating competition. That's a "turn of events"...

That's too bad. Then the US skater fell. But the second US skater did great.

I've got a mild case of cabin fever. And slight sadness, since Joe and I were supposed to be in Atlanta this weekend, celebrating Valentine's Day. Unfortunately, his flight home today was canceled, and there are no other flights the rest of the weekend :-( Luckily, the hotel was very understanding and let me cancel without penalty, and Georgia Aquarium let me reschedule the visit and the Sea Otter Encounter I'd scheduled, so I picked a random date in April and I'm hoping that nothing affects it.

So now my Valentine's Day looks like glasses of wine and puppy cuddles. Though he did send me flowers yesterday at work.

You'll have to celebrate when he comes home. Sea Otter Encounter sounds cool.

At least the flowers should help with the cabin fever! I can only imagine...I felt like I was getting "it" too and we weren't even "snowbound"! I'm not rubbing it in but we had an absolutely gorgeous day today! Sunshine, no wind, temps in the low 60's...very nice for a change. Sorry about the trip cancellation but now you have something to look forward to in the SPRING!
