Just a guess. It wasn't part of an attraction, shop or food service that was the next logical guess. If it wasn't restrooms, I wouldn't have a clue. I would have had to look at some pictures.

Never would have thought a food service! Liberty Square...Columbia Harbour House? Too pressed for time to go back and look at my pictures (trying to finish a project this evening) but is that whatever that thing was Ed had us pointing too?)
