I'm going to go ahead and declare you the winner. I think this is actually from the last room with all of the countries together, but it's polynesian/Island related.

The last room is my favorite and I LOVE the little "hula girls" !

China is the correct country and while it's not the TOP of a building, it IS a building. What "China scene" buildings are there that are NOT attractions, shops or food services?
