It's not part of a display but it's close to one. This is a "stand alone" item. DTD is not the only location of this item.

Not sure where I said it was "unique to DTD" and no time now to go back and check; is the above post what you're referring to? If so, when I said a "stand alone" item, I meant is "stands by itself", like a table or trashcan. It IS close to a DTD display and this is found in the parks as well as DTD. Nothing to do with the collector pins.
