Unless it disappeared since 2015, there's a little play area under the walkway that takes you from BTM to Splash Mountain. My kid loved it at age 3-4.

Yes, that's the playground I referenced in my post. I think that was my 18 month old's favorite part of our trip!

Adding as I haven't seen in previous posts...

Epcot - At the end of the Figment ride there is an area to explore. jumping, bouncing all earn a musical "reward" effect.
MK - there is the play area in the Winnie the Pooh cue.
