Where in DTD to buy FL Resident AP?

I hope it's okay I post this here, still learning my way around all the boards!! I'll be in Orlando (no park time ) but I would like to pick up my FL resident annual pass in Downtown Disney. Any idea on where I can do this? I called Disney but the CM, while very friendly didn't know where I should go. And since you know all, here I am! Thanks!

There are two Guest Relations locations at DTD. One is in the MarketPlace next to the now closed Team Mickey (behind Ghirardelli), the other is at Disney Quest on the West Side. Either of these two locations can process the AP, make sure you have your proof of residency.
