Where in DS is the singing in the rain umbrella?

I want to find it next time.

It is at the end of New York street in MGM. It is at the end of the street by the entrance to Lights, Motors, Action.

It is at the end of what used to be called New york St (dont remember the new name just now) and is across from the entrance to LMA. If you are facing the LMA entrance, turn left and look on the far street corner, you should see it.

It was working last week when we were there! This was last Wednesday (8/9). This is DH and YES, REAL men DO wear Crocs!!!
