Where have my ressies gone to now??

I know they disappeared during the upgrade, and that was understandable, but why aren't they showing up now?? I made a new ressie just to see if they might show up, but it didn't even tell me I had conflicting ressies!! Please tell me that they are still there!!!!

not sure. Mine are all there and have been there through the upgrade? Try logging in and then clicking the retrive a reservation and then typing it in...

Well, I don't know where they went, but they are back now! I called and talked to a CM and she reassured me that she had them all, they just weren't showing up on line for some reason. As long as I have worked on figuring all of them out, I would just die if they disappeared!! Talk about a major headache!!

I had the same problem last week. They disappeared, and couldn't get them online by even putting in confirmation numbers. I talked to a CRO and then I was able to bring them up by number but still wont list any of them online. SO ANNOYING!!!!!!!! Make sure you print them out now!
