Where for best fish and chips? Leaky Cauldron/3 Broomsticks/Finnegans?

I watched the DIS Universal blog about RPR and they basically said they didn't enjoy ANY of the RPR restaurants. Glad to hear people think they are good.

forgive me but what is RPR? I didn't care for any of the food at the HP restaurants and I was really hoping to love it as I love all things HP! I did try the fish at Finnegan's and it was very good. Much better than Epcot IMO. Epcot had no taste at all.
