We're looking into going out, just the two of us, for a special dinner. Here's the places we're considering. I know there are other places, but I deleted them for either money reasons or the fact that we're already going there or it didn't sound good. That being said, if you really want to suggest something outside of this list, go ahead! I'm welcome to suggestions, and we might reconsider if we decided for a this-doesn't-sound-good reason or if it was just a little out of our price range!

Here's the list:

Magic Kingdom Dining:

* Cinderella's Royal Table
* Crystal Palace
* Liberty Tree Tavern
* Tony's Town Square Restaurant

Epcot World Showcase Dining:

* Chefs de France

Epcot Future World Dining:

* Coral Reef Restaurant

Disney's Hollywood Studios Dining:

* Mama Melrose's Ristorante Italiano

Animal Kingdom Dining:

* Anandapur Yak and Yeti Restaurant

Swan:
* Il Mulino

what anniversary will you be celebrating?

what time are you thinking for dinner?

i know this isn't on your list and i hate to confuse you even more, but DH and i went to narcoosee's last year for our anniversary dinner and it was WONDERFUL!!!! especially seeing wishes from there....just magical. and narcoosee's took it upon themselves to give us some special anniversary surprises, like personalized menus and a happy anniversary dessert. we're going back this year....in 19 days to be exact! :goodvibes

here are some pics.....

On your list I would say your best choice is "Chef" in France at Epcot. Off list I'd really consider California Grill or Jiko. Great food and nice location/atmosphere(sp?). Or v & A if you want to go big time.

The only one on your list I would consider for an Anniversary dinner is Chef de France. The rest are OK food, but not very romantic atmosphere.
I would consider something more upscale like what others have recommended (Narcoosee sounds wonderful)
I know my husband and I would choose Yachtsman Steakhouse

I would pick Cinderella's Royal table from your list. We have been to WDW several times for our Anniversary. On our last Anniversary we had dinner at California Grill. It was a fantastic night for us. Food & service were excellent. We caped off our dinner by watching Wishes from the observation deck. Have fun and Happy Anniversary.

Your list has so many different types of restaurants on it, it's hard for me to determine what you are looking for.

Do you want quiet and intimate? If so, nothing on your list qualifies.

Do you want first rate food? Again, nothing on your list qualifies.

Do you want a singular "Disney" experience? Then CRT, Coral Reef, LLT an Crystal Palace qualify. They'll all be jam-packed with noisy kids, too.

Of the ones are your list, I'd pick Il Mulino. Other suggestions if you're looking for romance and don't want to spring for V&A -- first and foremost, eat late -- 8:30 p.m. or later.

California Grill has great food, but we never go until the fireworks are over. It's too insane before that.

Narcoosee's is nice. The food isn't as good as CG, but we still like it.

Artist Point is a nice choice.

I'm going to go out on a limb and say that if you want something less expensive, but still romantic, consider Marakesh at Morocco in Epcot. Another suggestion would be Maya Grill.

Can you see a pattern here? DH and I like quiet, refined and intimate. There are only a few WDW restaurants that come anywhere near that. None of the ones on your list, save Il Mulino possibly, qualify.

From your list I'd pick Coral Reef. I think it is a gorgeous restaurant, and the food is quite tasty.

Yes it can be noisy, so I'd try for an off time - maybe right when it opens! Then you can stroll World Showcase after, getting some wine and a treat for Illuminations, etc.

Happy Anniversary!

Out of the ones you have selected, I have eaten at every one and I would pick Il Mulino at the Swan. Except for Bistro de Paris in Epcot, there is not one restaurant in a park that I would consider remotely romantic. In each one, tables are close together and they are noisy. With Il Mulino being at a Deluxe resort and not on the dining plan, it is going to be a lot quieter. And if you love Italian, this is the best Italian at WDW.

For our 1st Anniversary, we had breakfast at CRT and dinner at Boma's. It was amazing at both places. At CRT, we were told that Cinderella had an appt with us and we were seat immediately. At Boma's we got a lovely dessert tray just for us. It was heavenly.

From your list, I would choose Il Mulino, followed by Les Chefs de France. Both are in a good location for an after dinner stroll.
