Does DVC Hilton Head resort count as non-Disney??????

We enjoyed a weekend in Huntsville, AL
DH wants to plan a cross country trip with the boys for Summer 2004 or 2005.
(If we can swing by Disneyland - I'll start planning.)

Our 2 favorite destinations are with out doubt "WDW and Las Vegas".

We've been a lot of different places. Other than WDW, the one place DH and I get away to every year is the Mirror Lake Inn in Lake Placid, NY. It's a wonderful, relaxing long weekend, and we look forward to going back every year.

We just got back from a a short trip to Winnipeg, MB to spend NYE with friends from Vancouver and Toronto. Man, it was COLD up there. We decided next NYE we're going someplace WARM!

DH and I just booked a 7 night trip to Cancun for our 15 year anniversary next month.

We just returned from a week over new years to Palm- Don Pedro Island. Anyone ever been or hear of it? It's a couple of hours past Tampa.

This year our plans are:

New York City (memorial day weekend) this is a yearly tradition
(We love this city, and all it has to offer)

Negril Jamaica or Quebec City (10 year wedding anniversary)

Orlando Fl (NYE celebration at CityWalk)

We also like vacationing in Myrtle Beach, which we did last year, and will probably do again next August.

We are already in the planning stages for our 15th wedding anniversary to Europe, possibly Italy or France for 10 days!!

I love planning for vacations, short or long!!!

We went to Savannah, GA this year and Phoenix. We're going to go back to Phoenix in about a week. I can't wait

When we stick close to home, we go to either Lake Tahoe or Monterrey/Carmel.

We just took our first family vacation last year and went to WDW. We are actually planning WDW for this and Gatlinburg,TN for next year.(We are planning on a 15 year vow renewal in Gatlinburg) We would like to visit other places over the next few years,too. Looking forward to going to Niagra Falls, Vegas, Grand Canyon, and not sure where else yet.
(As you see we don't get out of Ohio much since last year was our first vacation since we were married)

Asked my DS4 what he wanted to do for vacation and he picked the beach over Disney. (What am I doing wrong with him!!!). So we are headed to the outerbanks in July. My hubby and I are going somewhere alone in May. Maybe Aruba but we have not really decided.

The majority of my vacations are at WDW, but we also enjoy going to Washington, DC, and the coast of North Carolina. We also go to Austin, Texas, to visit relatives.

This summer we are headed to Canada to go fishing...keeping in mind that aside from cooking filets, that is as close as I get to fishing. My DH says I can just take a boat out to near where they are and read while they fish! Looking forward to some peace and quiet!

The rest of my family loves to ski so about every other year we take a ski trip to New Hampshire. It is beautiful there. We visited once in the summer and loved it. We've stayed at Attitash, Loon and Waterville Valley (my favorite). We use our timeshare at Vistana to trade for up there. I will never trade my DVC pts. though!

WE've done a couple of weekend trips to Baltimore.

We live in a summer resort so we spend the summer weekends on the beach here in OC and we visit MIL on Sundays in Cape May.
