the light up clips that come on the special drinks from Cafe Orleans and BB? Our whole family, with the exception of dh, has a severe sensitivity to aspartame, which is found in most "light" beverages. (my bad - darn genetics!!) According to the menus on allears.net, the raspberry lemonade served with the souvenier cup and light up clip is "light", which means we will have to avoid it like the plague, or all be very sick! So is there any other way I can get these clips for my kids, or will dh just have to drink 3 glasses of light raspberry lemonade??

I don't think there are any other ways to get it other than through the drink, but I would explain the situation to the waiter and ask if you could buy just the lights and attach them to cups of water or whatever your kids are drinking.

Others have told us to just ask them to switch the drink.

For me it's possible I'll just get it without the drink, since we can't do the HFCS and I refuse to ingest aspartame. Cheap souvenir, even if you don't get anything to drink.

You don't have to get the light lemonade, I got iced tea, DBF got Coke, the girls got whatever, none of us are big light raspberry lemonade fans. We just told the server we wanted the cups/light ups and he brought them out. DBF and I were served drinks in full-sized cups but we got clean Tink/Hook cups as well as the light ups. hth!

they will put your drink in a full size cup, and will give you whatever beverage you want.
