Where else can I find Dreamsicles (orange ice cream floats)?

I had one at Blizzard Beach.

Is there any place else at WDW that serves them?

I'm not sure if they have the float but I have had the orange/vanilla swirl ice cream. In the Magic Kingdom, in Adventureland. I can't remember the name of the snack shop but it's right near the Magic Carpets of Aladdin just past the Tiki Birds. (Also, in Adventureland, the legendary Dole-whip float!!!

You can always make your own at any self serve with orange soda and soft serve vanilla ice cream. We did this at Hollywood and Vine, but I'm sure there are others with these two items available.

Beaches & Cream at the Beach Club has a dreamy little item they call Frozen Sunshine - vanilla ice cream, orange sherbet, and seltzer all blended together and topped with whipped cream and a candy orange slice. Very very yummy.
