"Where Dreams come true" official DVDs

Can anyone tell me what exactly the "Where Dreams come true" DVDs feature? Ride-throughs or what? I was thinking of getting the Magic Kingdom one for my daughter's birthday, but wasn't sure exactly what they were like - we have a few Jeff Lange parade and fireworks DVDs that she watches over and over, but I know she'd love something that featured the rides.
