Okay I've asked my coordinator this like 3 times, and she keeps forgetting to answer me :confused3

I'm trying to put together a really detailed itinerary for my guests, and want to know WHERE exactly the chartered bus will meet my guests at their hotels.

Does it meet in front of the lobby or does it meet at the bus stop?

While I'm asking, Does anyone have any pictures of what the bus looks like so I can include that in the itinerary as well?

ANY help regarding the chartered bus would be greatly appreciated. I'm trying to give my guests as many details as possible so nobody misses the ceremony.

THANK YOU in advance!!

The bus will pick your guests up at the lobby of the hotel. The chartered buses are generally either yellow mears buses, or Disney Cruise Line buses. The drivers also put a sign in the front window of the bus that says 'Wedding Bus'.

Here are some photos that show the private motor coach that was used on the evening of my vow renewal:

The first photo was taken at the Animal Kingdom Lodge, the first stop that the motor coach made early in the evening of my vow renewal.

The second and third photographs were taken at the Wedding Pavilion. They show how excited my Dad and sister were about being whisked away on one of the most magical nights of their lives.

The fourth and fifth photographs were taken backstage at the Disney-MGM Studios Theme Park (the location of my dinner party). It had been a nice ride from the Wedding Pavilion to the theme park.

I have seen photos of various motor coaches that have been used over the years. Some brides have even gotten a Disney Cruise Line motor coach for their events, which I always thought looked cute in the photos. Since Disney has the Magical Express Service, I wouldn’t be surprised if some brides have gotten those motor coaches too.

No matter what sort of motor coach you get, I hope your guests have a safe journey.

I thought I would mention something that my Event Manager had done for my guests. On the evening of my Welcome Party, he had pre-printed an itinerary for the day of my vow renewal. That itinerary had stated exactly what time my guests needed to be at the front of their resorts in order to catch the private motor coach. It listed resort by resort the appropriate pickup times. He made sure that each of my guests received this itinerary on the night of my Welcome Party (all of my guests were in attendance that evening).

I don’t know if this is something that is normally done, but I thought it was a lovely touch and I was most grateful for it.

Mary626, the sign for my bus was taped to its door. It stated, "Xxxx Vow Renewal." This sign can be seen in a few of the photos that I posted links to in a prior post.
