where do your parasail from on CC

DH wants to do this I' d like to see him, but dd will be with me on the family beach where do you para sail from and what is the age to be able to do it?

Parasailing is done right passed the rock enclosures not far from the ship at all. From the family beach, you'll have a great view. Make sure your dh takes a camera up with him. The photos are awesome from above!

One word of caution - depending on the wind they might go out a lot futher. In May of 2002 I booked parasailing for the last one of the day.

All day we saw them going back and forth beyond the breakwater from the family beach. DH was going to film me from the top deck of the Wonder.

When it was our turn they took us way out! I could only see the ship if I turned around. I was really hoping to get some good shots of the ship from up there but didn't. I still loved it and I'm very glad I did it, but don't count on being close to the island or the ship because sometimes they go out father.

I'd like to parasail at CC but I'm getting mixed reactions from my family (DH, DD 16 and DS 14).

What was the best part of parasailing? Anything you didn't like about it?

There was not one thing that I didn't like about it.....the best part was being up in the air, they reel you out anywhere from 500 to 1000 feet, I think they told me I was 800 feet out because I asked them to let me out as far as possible, it was so peaceful up there and I got some great shots of the Island and ship....you'll be out for about 5-7 minutes and the duration of the excursion is about an hour ..... anyone have any problems getting motion sickness etc.?
I have some friends who have done this at other carribbean resorts and have said they keep them up there for as long as 15 minutes because people often get sick and they don't want them getting sick on the boat so they leave them up there long enough to get it out of their system( no pun intended ) ..yuck!
