where do you send compliments?

We had the best waitress at Ohana's. Her name was Kathy and she really made our dinner specail. I would like to send an email to somewhere to make sure that WDW hears how great she is. If anyone could give me an the email address I would appreciate it.

Compliments should be directed to wdw.guest.communications@disneyworld.com. Be sure to give the servers name, the restaurant, the date and the time you were there so they can make sure she gets her recognition! Glad you enjoyed yourself!

I will always handle both compliments and complaints on the spot. More so in a large restaurant (such as 'Ohana) where there will be a real manager on duty and not just a shift leader.

My beginning is almost always the same: "I normally tip in a 10% to 20% range based on the quality of service. Today I left a tip outside of this range for (name of server) for the following reasons..."

In the ensuing conversation the manager easily becomes aware if the service was excellent or poor.
