In their case. I'm switching glasses.

Plus there is no way I would ever not keep my $600 designer prescription sunglasses not in a case. I need them even on overcast days. I would literally be unable to drive without sunglasses. Cheap frames aren't even an option for me.

Ah the joys of crappy eyesight.

I wish I knew  I had a pair of prescription sunglasses that I loved - well, as much as one can love an inanimate medical assistance aid. I lost them. I have no idea where. I had the case on my desk at work. I know I put it back in my purse. I went to the supermarket, I went to CVS, and I went home. They're not here, they're not at work, they're not at either store. They're prescription - really, really STRONG prescription, so you'd think if anybody found them, they'd turn 'em in somewhere, right? Even if they kept the case? Nada.

So, now I have a pair of those sunglasses that go over your regular glasses the ones you can get in the infomercial for $19.99, with a second pair "free just pay shipping and handling"? I got my one pair at CVS for $9.99 - and I use the visor clip to keep them in the car.

But I miss my sunglasses!!!!

I know the feeling. I have lost my cell phone twice now, once leaving it in Nordstrom Rack and the other in a casino in Reno... and of course when I go back to the stores I went to, it's gone!

Luckily, both times have been fairly close to the upgrade time so I just waited about a month to get a new phone so I didn't have to pay full retail price for my phone.

In a case since I have to switch glasses.

Ditto. I wear prescription glasses, so when I get in the car I take off mine and put them in my sunglass case, then when I'm done I put the sunglasses back in the case and put my regular glasses back on. The case mostly lives in my car but I do carry them when I'm going somewhere.

I'm getting new regular glasses so I'm thinking of having a surplus frame made with transition lenses. I hate wearing them normally (work has flouresents so they never go all the way clear) but I thouht they'd be nice when I'm walking around outdoor malls or on vacation.

Mine usually go on my head or in my purse if I don't want to mess up my hair. If I'm not carrying a purse, I'll hang them on my shirt.

When I'm out running errands, I slip them up on my head when I go in the stores. Once I get home, they go in the flip down sunglasses compartment in my van.

I have the perfect spot for them in my car. I've had the same pair for about 15 years. I only wear them when I'm driving so it's a good place for them.

They stay on my head. I sometimes forget they are on my head and I teach with them there half the day.

Apparently it's a no-no (but not in the dress code written), because when I forget, my principal just says, "Mrs. _____" and taps his head.

This way I can just take them off when I go indoors and not have to worry about losing them. I do tuck them inside my shirt when I go on TOT. If not... they hit me in the head. LOL.
Nancy :cool1:

I picked other. My car has a built in "glasses" case that swings down from above the rearview mirror....I LOVE it. My sunglasses don't get scratched like they used to and I can always find them.......I hope when I get another car I can get one with the same feature (silly huh?!?!?).
