where do you pickup refillable mug?

On DxDp for the first time next week... just curious as to where we pickup the refillable mug that comes with the plan? Thanks!

I believe you get a voucher at check in and then goto your resorts QS location to get the mug

The previous poster is partially correct. You get "mug credits" on your KTTW card (1 per person), just like your DxDP meal credits and snack credits. No vouchers or anything like that.

Simply go through the CS station at your resort, grab your mugs, and "pay" for them with credits off your KTTW card.

This is the way it worked in June! We appeared at our QS resturant and presented our KTTW card, CM presented us with a mug of our choice (color wise that is).
