Where do you pack your toiletries

I am starting to pack for our first family (flight) to disney and I am unsure where to pack things like shampoo, conditioner, deordorant etc. Where do you all pack yours your carry on or checked luggage.

All toiletries go in our suitcases (checked luggage). I tend to put shampoos and anything that might leak into zip-locked bags, just in case!

I always keep make up, toothbrushes, and deoderant in my carry on just in case my lugage gets lost. That's usually the stuff I use right away. I put stuff like shampoo or lotion in a ziplock bag in my checked luggage. Even if you lose or forget something, you can usually replace it at your hotel gift shop. I seem to be an expert at forgetting toiletries

Depends on the trip and how long I am gone for... longer trips, they go in my checked baggage. Short trips, my carry on, but then again I travel at that time w/ carry on only. I don't ever seem to go where I can't get a replacement if needed though so I don't worry about it being lost/damaged.

I always pack our toiletries in my carry on bag. That way if my luggage is lost, I at least have shampoo, makeup, toothbrush and deoderant. I have also been known to put an extra set of clothes in the carry on. Especially after my friend was standing under a pavilion at the airport and a bird crapped on her head!!! I was standing beside her too. Luckily another friend who was with us, had a extra shirt in her bag. Good thing tho, was she could wash her hair in the bathroom sink since we all had our shampoo in our carry on.

I usually pack most of our tolietries in our carry on along with an extra outfit for us all. Just in case our luggage would get lost.
We learned the hard way! We missed our lay over flight due to storms and had to go without everything until we got back home. Since then i always pack extra in our carry-on even if we don't use it!

I dont know if the airlines are still enforcing this, but I know for a while you had to put all razors, nail clippers, and tweezers into a checked bag. If you left it in a carry on, it would be confiscated.

Pack, I gotta pack, you're starting? I leave at 6:30 AM Thursday morning and have not even started packing, nor has anyone else I'm going with.

I have a large carryon sized bag(it just makes the limits), that I fill with all the toiletries, for me and the kids. This bag has many pockets/compartments so I can fit a lot in there. By the time its full Im not sure if it would meet carry on requirements because it does expand some, so I check it.
Before kids I used it as a carryon and was able to put all my toiletries in it, and whatever I needed on the plane, but that doesnt work anymore.
