We are going in September and I'm trying to have some water and snack delivered to our room for our trip.

I've read posts about Garden Grocer and Costco. Which have you used? Do you have it delivered on the day you arrive with just your name and resort name?

I used wegoshop.com. She delivered our fridge & supplies to our first swappers resort. She left it at luggage services since our swapper couldn't be there to get it. Our swapper retrieved it no problem. We were very happy with their services & Marge & her shoppers couldn't be nicer! The shopper went to 3 different walmarts to find the fridge we requested...THAT'S customer service!

I've heard great things about garden grocer also, but haven't used them personally. :)

I have used gardengrocer several times and will again in August. The service has been excellent and I would recommend them also.

We use gardengrocer.copm every trip and have to see they are fantastic. Just order what you want on thier website, enter in your credit card info, fill out the delivery info (the have drop down boxes tochoose what disney resort you are staying at), and Viola! The food will be delivered to your resort and the day you choose, and bell services will bring it up if you are not at your room!

This is great information - I was contemplating getting a livery car to drive us to the Airport just so I could stop a the store, but with a service like this, it would be wonderful and we can still use the magical express.

What kind of food do you have delivered? I was thinking bagels, granola bars, pretzels, water... what about perishable things, like fruit and yogurt? Is this feasible?

Do you need to be there when it's delivered? Do you need to know your room number, or will they match your reservation with the right room?

We used Garden Grocer a couple of weeks ago and it was so easy! We ordered non perishables this time, but have ordered refrigerator items in the past with no problem. This trip we had been checked in for less than an hour when bell services knocked on the door with our goods. Can't beat it! :thumbsup2

You do not have to be there for your delivery to be received. :thumbsup2

I was curious about this as well. I am glad to see that garden grocer is a good service since that is the one I have been looking into.

We shipped a case of water from Costco, and purchased everything we needed from the Grab N Go at the resort. It was so nice to not have to make a $40 dollar minimum, and then pay a $12-16 delivery fee on top of that. It really saved money. The Gift Shops also sell snacks, but the Grab N Go had everything that we needed for less than having things delivered.

We ordered the water from Costco on a Tuesday, and it was delivered on Friday, for less than $8.00. We addressed the package to the name on the reservation with the resort name and address. The case of water was in our room when we checked in.

Another fan of Wegoshop. I have used Marge on 3 different trips and she has always been wonderful.

We used Garden Grocer when we were there a week ago and were really impressed. We ordered a couple cases of water, snacks and some cerial. We had it delivered the day we arived. We used ME and was not in our hotel until 6:00 pm but the hotel held it for us and delivered it to our room. We wanted some items that were not on there list. We requested them when we made the order. They called us a couple of days before our trip with the total and to confirm the items. We placed our order about a week in advance because I noticed they were too busy to take any more orders a day or so in advance.

When we go next time we will definatly do it again.
