Where do you like to eat after fantasmic?

Since I will be there in Sept and I think all parks with the exception of WS will be closed....if you eat after fantasmic where do you go? We are staying at the VWL so we wont want to return there to eat as we will be eating there off and on throughout the trip...thanks in advance for your help.
