Where do you go to upgrade your hopper to an AP?

My daughter was not yet 3 when we purchased our APs in March. We are headed down next weekend, and plan to buy her a 2 day hopper for use Friday/Saturday and upgrade it on Saturday to an AP (so we can avoid paying the blockout fee for her on Saturday). Where inside DL do I go to do this? I am guessing guest services....
