Where do you get the EMH Wristbands?

OK...I did a search for this and could not find the answer. Does anyone have a list of locations to get the EMH wristbands for all parks?

Go to the theme park links on the top of the page and go to EHM and it will tell you where to go in each park.

At MK I saw distribution in Liberty Square, at Town Hall and I've heard they're also distributed near Pirates. We had asked a CM at Splashdown Photos and she in error told us the only location was Town Hall, so we rode the train around to get them.
