I had this twice. The first time it was STELLAR but the second time it was a greasy mess. I read somewhere on this board that you could request it either grilled or deep fried--but I haven't checked this out personally. If that's true, I recommend going for the grilled version vs deep fried.
In general, Kona serves a good breakfast with lots of options.
To me - it's exactly the same. The only difference is at Capt. Cook's you're eating it on paper plates at Kona you're in a sit down restaurant. Taste-wise I saw no difference while eating it in both places not too long ago.

Rainforest Cafe has a dished called Tonga Toast but it is not like the toast at the Poly. It is baked cinnimon french toast with strawberries, bananas and walnuts on top. Similar but not the same.
No its not but I do remember one person who made a post about how they had asked the waitress if they could sample it or just made a comment about it and the waitress surprised her with a sample.
