Where do you find the list of points for infractions

Not sure where to ask this, but if someone gets an infraction, I understand that they can appeal it... but where do you find info on infractions.. info on what is considered one, what the "points" are and what they mean. I cannot seem to find anything on them.. either I am tired or blind.. or both TIA

Where did you find this info? I had an unnecessary warning given to me recently and was wondering where to get this info. It's been resolved, I believe, but I'd like to know for future reference. And how can you appeal it?
