Yes, I think 2:30 would be early enough, as long as you don't have a huge group. The day we went, there were lots of empty tables, so I doubt that you would have to wait to get seated.

I also like the late lunch at Kona or GF Cafe. Both of those have been great for us. I just recommend you be walking through the turnstiles of MK by no later than 6:00. The lines as you get close to 7:00 and beyond get insane to get in.

We traditionally get into MK at 4pm and head right to Cosmic Rays. We have tried eating at monorail resorts but felt out of place while in costume.

Not yet. I think usually March. I'm just going off last years calendar a little get an idea of my plan
