Where do you Check in at now for Coronado Springs resorts?

So we booked Coronado Springs for a birthday trip and its right at the start of the 50th birthday party...

We have only stayed once here, for 2 nights... and I really don't remember much except the pool was nice, and the bed in the room was comfortable...It's our least favorite mod... but you have to get what you can get right now... Hopefully more hotels will open up...

So my friends just stay here, at Coronado Springs, ( not a DVC) as I helped her book it, so I'm 100% sure of that's the correct resort they booked.... and she said something about "you have to check in at the DVC site in the tower building... you know the new building.... not where you use to check in?.. and I was like okay... and that's it's like one big resort now... again another okay.."

So can someone give me some info, detailed info...

So where do we go, and park to check in?

I know things are really starting to change...

There is no DVC at Coronado Springs.

Everyone checks in at the Gran Destino tower.

A lot of people seem to think that Gran Destino Tower is DVC, but it is not. (And actually anyone can book cash reservations at DVC resorts - you don't have to be DVC. My TA refers to them as "Villa Resorts" to keep people from being confused.)

Preferred Rooms would be in Casitas 1, 2, or 3.
