With Disney under 30 days away:banana:I am putting together all those forgotten little things. Where do you but a good poncho? Not looking for anything expensive or too cheap. A nice mid range poncho for adults as well as children.;)

We got ours at Target in the camping section...I think they were Coleman brand and cost about $3. I still have a couple waiting for our next trip. :)

We usually buy ours at the dollar store, they come in packs of 2 for $1. The thing we like about these is they are small enough to a pants pocket and we have them just in case an afternoon thundershower pops up.

I buy mine at the parks, because if something happens to them, they will replace them for free, saves me money and they are better than those cheapo plastic bags from the dollar store.

We also got Coleman ones for 3.00 each and they are really durable. I keep them on hand too at home for when we are camping.

We also got our at the parks - three trips ago!

I keep them in our luggage when we are at home so we don't forget to bring them with us. We have had to replace one because it was torn and even though it was a couple of years old it was replaced for free with a smile!

Yup, we bought ours at the park. We bought them five years ago and they still look brand new. :)

Walmart.

inexpensive but not as thin as the dollar store ones

as ungreen as it is, I want ones that I can wear than toss and not feel bad about the price

I hate carrying around a wet poncho (though I usually have a ziplock for it incase I think I may need one before I can get back to the room and replenish)

I got my daughter a cute Disney one in the children section at Target on clearance a while back and I got the adult ones in the camping section pretty cheap.

We bought ours at Disney nearly 10 years ago and they're still going strong. Well worth the $5 or $8 we spent on them. We keep them in a large ziploc and after they get wet, they go back in the ziploc.

This is exactly what we do. A couple of our ponchos are 15 years old. Well worth the extra money we spent for them. I can't go the buy a cheap poncho and throw it away every time. It seems so wasteful.

We purchased ours at the dollar store.

Got some really heavy-duty ones for $1.25. They will do the job in the event Mother Nature decides to rain on our vacation.

I got ours at the Dollar Tree, we didn't need them. So they are neatly packed away in the "Disney tote" for our next trip. I had decided to that we would reuse them the whole trip and if we seen that rain ponchos were something to invest in I would. But right now we haven't had to use them. (I also take them for other trips jic)

Dollar Tree. Really small and light weight to put in backpack. We did use them and they did exactly what they were suppose to!!

meme

We get ours at the dollar store as well... I understand people reusing theirs and taking a ziplock bag; I suppose if I knew we'd get our use out of them I would invest in nicer ones, but for me they are just to keep me dry. I still have the ones from my last trip as we didn't use them. Like most things Disney related it's such an individual choice.

Bought ours in the parks - at least 4 years ago and they are still going strong today!:thumbsup2
