Where do I start??

I've read through some of the posts, and I need help! I'm really interested in W.I.S.H., but not really sure where to start. Also, I don't get the biggest loser challenges. Is this something that happens over and over, or is it just a one time thing? I don't want to sound thick (no pun intended), but I'm pretty new. Thanks!!

One of the moderators may step in and reply. However, I would suggest that you start with the BL5 challenge and sign up for it. It is a new weight loss challenge that is starting on Friday 4/18. There is a new thread started asking for sign ups, saying some of the rules, etc. It is fun and not hard to do, all are welcome, come and join the fun. :lovestruc

Basically you have a starting weight, send that in, and we have a weekly weigh in..........It is a great time for support, making friends, and being with a group that has a common goal, weight loss. You make it what you want and you get out of it kind of what you put in to it. I encourage you to sign up. It is a good place to start and we are only going for 5 weeks this time around. It belive we may be taking the summer of and then start a longer challenge in the fall that coincides iwth the Biggest Loser TV program.

LL already explained our BL challenges and all are welcome to join at any time. Also we have other friendly challenges meant to inspire and support each other such as the monthly exercise challenge, you may want to check out. Feel free to sign up for whichever you feel will help you focus on your goal of a healthy lifestyle. All you have to do is post that you'd like to join on that thread.

Otherwise general thread are for questions, tips, celebration of mini-goals along the way, etc.

Thanks! I just signed up (well, two days ago) for the BL5 challenge, and I am going to do the Minnie Marathon 5K in 18 days! I'm really excited. I figure if i can do THAT, then I can wok towards my real goal: a real marathon, all 23 miles!
