Where do I get those great graphics?

I see that MANY, MANY of you DISers have the graphics such as the pelican on a yellow field for BWV, a turtle on a pink field for OKW, and a horse on a red field for SSR, etc... Could someone direct me to the link for those? I'm not very good with the computer, so any help with importing them would be a great help. Thanks so much...and Happy 2009!

As you can see, I was finally able to add those great graphics to my signature line! Thank you Wilson DVC and especially to the Tag Fairy (she does exist; she does exist; she does exist)!! And she is incredibly artistic!
